Returns, Cancellation, Deposit Requirements

Disclaimer: We make our best efforts to ensure prices, descriptions, and images of products are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders of those items that we may have inadvertently priced wrongly or contain misinformation on our website.



RETURNS POLICY: We think you will love our products. If you change your mind, we will refund eligible items shipped back to us within 15 days from the time the item was delivered to you. Insert proof of purchase. Shipping charges and delivery surcharges are not refundable.

INELIGIBLE: Items ineligible for returns include items marked or stated on our website as ineligible for returns, special orders, dinnerware, flatware, quilts, oil paintings, & chandeliers.

RMA: All items will require a Return Merchandise Authorization from us. Items returned must be in a new/unused condition.

You will have to bear all risk including insurance and return shipping charges back to 1121 King Street Alexandria Va 22314.

DAMAGED: If any item is damaged during transit, please email us a photo. We will work with you to fix this asap.



DEPOSIT: A furniture order that requires some lead time to build, including special orders, will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% when placed. This way each party shares 50% of the risk. Once the furniture order is delivered and inspected by you, the balance 50% will be due.

RETURNS: A furniture order that has been delivered to you cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT: We will work with you to resolve the issue. If a repair cannot be made, a full refund will be given.



Millwork includes but not limited to feature wall, wood countertop, bulkheads, or crown molding projects.



Wood: We will require a non-refundable deposit of  50% on the material costs when you sign the contract. Your flooring and/or millwork order will be manufactured immediately when placed and are built to your specifications. When the wood is delivered to the job site, the balance 50% will be due.

Installation: Once we have completed the installation, 100% of the installation cost is due.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION: These orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

CHANGE ORDERS: While we will work with you to accommodate changes as time permits, additional fees may apply.



FLOORING & FEATURE WALL: Your hardwood flooring and/or feature wall will last many years if installed and finished properly. The materials, installation, and finish of your hardwood flooring and/or feature wall is our responsibility.

We provide a twenty year guarantee on our hardwood flooring and/or feature wall that has been properly installed and finished and used under normal conditions and with proper care.
